- Position overview:
This role is responsible for developing and executing upstream marketing plan for portfolio and business segment expansion. This role involves working closely with MMS key leaders (Japan, Regional, and global team) as well as cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and ensure successful commercial implementation with support from marketing director.
Key responsibilities:
- New product launch and expansion through cross functional growth initiatives and projects
- Market research: Conduct market research with cross regional team and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and customer unmet needs for business growth and management in MMS for marketing plan and launch plan development.
- Launch plan development : based on findings from research, develop launch plan and lead execution with Japan team.
- Financial analysis for new product launch and service execution.
- Project management: lead and track project execution closely working with global / regional team.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Communication: good at team working, collaborations, presentations
- Language skill: Japanese – Native, English – fluent
- Learning agility: eager to learn new things and try out
